Simply great, the dishes anyway: Today I enjoyed pasta with black truffle, and red wine: a poem! In addition, the boss Roberto is uniquely good, as is his entire team, especially Franzeska, I would give 10 stars if it were possible. And everyone is always in a good mood, regardless of whether it's stressful like in summer or now it's Corona time: For take-away or when delivery is made. I can only recommend this restaurant because they never give up and deliver the best, so my greatest respect!

Very fine and beautiful. A lot of love went into the decoration. Staff very competent and good. We don't have to talk about anything else. Everything perfect. Please order and fetch so that this traditional restaurant can survive.

We went to eat there with my parents, the service was rude, we waited 30 minutes for our food. We love the Italian food but unfortunately this wasn't a meal it was miserable. In the end when we paid there was no thank you or goodbye. Unfortunately, it's a shame in such a beautiful place

Very slow, chaotic and rude service. We actually wanted some food, but because of the poor service we decided against it and only had a drink. Get away as soon as possible!

A nightmare in Corona times. The tables are way too narrow, you sit a few centimeters next to the next guest. Distances are not kept at all, it was warm and stuffy, not a single window open. Hygiene regulations are not observed. It is incomprehensible to me why the regulatory office does not intervene here. It's all about maximum profit at the expense of the guests.

We were guests at the Al Gallo Nero restaurant in September. So I like to cook Italian food so I can't understand the good reviews. The anti pasti plate was still okay. But we didn't like the pizza and especially the lasagna. My tip to the chef: a Bolognese sauce has to be seasoned. Some things were wrong with the pizza: Tomato sauce solala, not fruity / aromatic, overall too dry. Use ham instead of molded meat.

Unfortunately the overall experience in this restaurant was more than insufficient. The tablecloth was studded with short hair, the cloth napkin around the bread was dirty. It took 20 minutes to get the cards and another 30 minutes to get the drinks. The food came after a total of 1h15min (arrival Sunday 4.20pm) and was comparable to a school canteen. The lasagna had obviously been frozen beforehand and then refined with cream and 1kg cheese. On top of that, the entire staff was overwhelmed and couldn't even make up for the mood with sympathy. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here.

Food was ok ... noodles were good. Pizza a little salty. But the service didn't work. Wait 3/4 hours for the starter. The bread in advance was thrown together with the one from the next table. There is also no question of how it is or accept new orders. Reservations are also more of a formality. Work was carried out on a first come first serve basis.

Rude staff, wrong dish, angry waitress. Never again.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I work in the restaurant business myself and I know that it can get stressful at times, which you understand. However, waiting 20 minutes for your reserved table (3 weeks ago) and then getting a table was very disappointing. We made a reservation at 7.30 p.m. and after the 20 minute wait in front of the restaurant we had to wait another 45 minutes to order drinks. We have drawn our attention several times, but no one has paid any attention to us. We were about to get up and leave, but it is not so easy to find a place with 6 people. Getting handled like that is really not okay. While I was eating the starter, I was interrupted while I was eating to see if I could clear the plate. We had our main course around 10:20 p.m. The salad that wasn't brought was still on the bill. The meal was okay. However, the service was so bad that I will neither visit nor recommend this restaurant myself because the mood has suffered completely. Unfortunately it was the last time for us.

The restaurant was in the hotel, had dinner there on three evenings and was completely satisfied every time. Professional handling of the Corona guidelines. Fast service, drinks and food came to the table quickly. Staff and boss very nice.

Pizza was below average

Very slow and bad service Pizza was mediocre Ordered a Weissbier and received a 'Helles' in a Weissbier glass - indicated that to the waitress, got talked to and another 'Helles' as reolacement instead of a Wheat beer after 20 minutes wait -> a Bavarian sin

Absolute failure. At the beginning the glasses of our ordered drinks were totally dirty. We had to claim one drink at a time. After 50 minutes and repeated inquiries, the food was still not served, so we got up and still had to get into discussions with the waiter that he was now sitting on the food. At the time, the food was still not served. Of course we had paid for the drinks. In the meantime, guests have already got up at the next table who were not served after 40 minutes. We also pointed out the lunch menu to order. The answer was that there was probably no time to remove the sign and the lunch menu on the weekend is not valid. Afterwards the sign was left standing. For me, clear tactics to lure guests. Never again.

I had my first date with my girlfriend here. So definitely a place to be extra careful about choosing. I wasn't disappointed and it turned out to be a successful date. The food is very tasty and the waitresses there are very attentive. We had both had a good lunch before and therefore wanted to share a pizza. Of course it was no problem and the two pizza halves were brought to us on two plates. The waitress always had a smile on her face and was very friendly. A great evening and the beautiful location invites you to take a walk at the lake promenade.

Very good food and friendly staff. At lunchtime you can even choose from several menus. And the portions are big. We recommend.

Lovely authentic Italian restaurant with good value

A really nice zand cozy place with excellent food. The staff were also kind and service minded. Unfortunatly it took more than a hour to get the food and this killed the mood a bit.

Delicious food, but some lack of waiters and waiter's abilities. Serving is a bit lagged. The clearness could be improved a little bit. Anyway, the food was No. 1!!! One of the best cuisines ever!!!

Very good and not expensive.

Excellent service, and great food! I had the veal, and it was to perfection. Paired well with the Lambrusco I chose. Their tiramisu is to-die for, especially with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Highly recommended!

Good food

I ordered a lunch Menu, but what came was not the same dish I ordered. When I asked,they said that the menu was out of and they just sent something else instead without saying anything. The food is ok, but it was frustrating. Never coming back.

We have lunch here, the service is very kind and the place is good, but the lasagna is too dry pizza was okay .

It's really nice Italian restaurant. We tried grilled octopus, bongole spaghetti. They were excellent. Also they served nice free appetizer.. We will visit again to try other menus and wine soon.

A great Italian kitchen. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients. The service is perfect and the menu has something for every taste. Price performance is fine for the area.

Our experience in this restaurant was really bad. We were a bigger group (with a reservation) and it took 4,5 hours for the three courses to be served. After 2,5 hours we finally got the menu although we asked for it since our arrival. When the entrees were served only two tables were served and the third one had to wait for nearly an hour although there were enough plates to share between the group. The only staff member that was nice and actually tried to accommodate us was the waitress that just started that week. The others seemed like they just didn’t care. It’s a shame cause the location is amazing but I would not recommend this place. Food was mediocre, definitely not on par with the price. Pasta and pizza were alright but the tiramisu didn’t have a coffee taste at all while the caramel Creme actually did taste like coffee.

This restaurant's food quality does not live up to it's price. Basically you pay more than you get. In our case, we had pasta with tartuffles mashtooms which did not really have any taste (except a few peaces of those mashrooms ) a pizza which tasted like it was defrosted. At least waiters were ok. In conclusion I would not recommend visiting this restaurant, instead I would choose another one, somewhere in the town.
